The New Phase Of Life; Moving to London

Hello hello, It's safe to say I've been a little busy, even my blog is full of content for once! With everything that's been going on, I suddenly realised that I hadn't really done an update about what I had coming up in what I'm calling my next phase of life.

Throughout every phase that has taken place over recent years, I have always found myself updating my little space on the internet. Whether this was on my old blog, erinthemadcatter, with all my adventures during my placement year to this blog now, where I've talked about completing my degree and the struggle of doing a masters.

Well, I'm not one to break the mold and so here we are on the cusp of a brand new adventure and naturally I'm tapping away on my key board, to fill you in.

So what the news I hear you say? Its simple really, come mid march I'll be heading down to the big smoke, a city which, when I was 10 I vowed to never move to to start a job in a area I never would have expected. It's safe to say life really does create weird and wonderful paths and I am so excited for it all to begin.

So what will I be doing? Well, I have what I call, an adult job. My position is titled a sustainability analyst for a company called JLL. It sounds all very fancy but really it means I get to put my science data skills together with my masters in sustainability to work on sustainable practices within the property sector from data analysis to reports and auditing. It's safe  to say I'll be jumping in head first but as I've been told on many occasions, you have to grab all these chances whenever they come your way! So here we I go, grabbing chances which will surely be a little bit of a crazy ride over the coming months. Don't worry, I'll be sure to update my little internet space as we go along if you want to keep up to date.

All that's left to say is that if you're in London, let me know, I'd love to meet/ catch up!

Love
Erin
