Happy New Year; Goals and Resolutions for the year to come

Happy New Year to you all! I hope as you lie in bed or on the sofa watching tv that you're not feeling to fragile from all the celebrating that has taken place over the Christmas season.

Having looked back on the past year I feel like it's time to look to the future with some new years resolutions. I'm one of those annoying people who really do treat new year as the opportunity to try new things (even if they don't always stick) and so I thought that maybe sharing them would help keep me on the straight and narrow.

My resolutions for 2016.
Get fit- before summer I had a brilliant work out routine and I finally felt like my body was at its best. Going travelling over summer and then heading straight back to uni has made my exercise routine go down then drain and so this year I am determined to get back the healthy strong me and make it better!

Healthy Eating- This, like the get fit point is desperately needed. Before summer I was cooking up a storm and eating so many healthy delicious meals which have just slipped by the way side since coming back to university. This year is all about getting back to being happy and healthy.

Organisational Queen- my organisational skills are pretty impressive (to blow my own trumpet) but I feel that I have let my schedule planning drop and right now, its very much needed to be on track and getting all the work I need to do, done!

Sleep!- I miss having a sleep routine and so I'm hoping that I may be able to get back into a routine where I'm in bed before midnight and productive before 9am! Its unlikely but I feel like even if it can improve slightly that would be a bonus.

Travel- I love to travel, I did a fair amount last year but this year I'd like to explore a little closer to home and see just how beautiful Europe and the United Kingdom is. There is just so much to explore and so why not begin!

Frugal Times- This is probably going to be the hardest of them all but I'm going to become a tight arse with my money. I spend so much money on snacks and pointless things, drinks, etc when I really don't need to. This year I'm planning on noting down what I am buying each day so i can see where my money is going. I think it will also help me to stop snacking on junk and from over spending on nights out!

This year I hope I can carry on learning about myself, and to take as many opportunities as I physically can. Graduating this year is bound to be crazy and a whirl wind and if I manage to get onto my masters I will be so excited about all that is yet to come. So here's to 2016, lets see what you have to offer!!

Have you got any resolutions this year? What would you like to accomplish this year?
Love
