Brand of the Week; SOLO eyewear

SOLO eyewear doesn't just use products that are recycled and sustainable they also go way beyond.

Belize Glasses | $59
You see, they also support the restoring blindness. They donate 10% of all their profits which to date has restored vision for over 13,000 people because 80% of the worlds blindness is preventable which is a staggering amount!

Guyana Glasses | $89
The company was created from a class project at San Diego State University by a women who suffered from poor vision and realised that 1 billion  people don't have access to eye care.and so the company was born to help create sustainable products with a good purpose.

Not only are they helping restore peoples sights, they are also sourcing ethically, exclusively using manufacturers who reach their required level of auditing.

Malawi Glasses | $59
The sunglasses are made from either re-purposed bamboo or recycled plastic with each glasses style named after a location where SOLO eyecare has funded eye care in countries from Belize and India to Guyana an Malawi.

Dominican Glasses | $89
Even the glasses cases are sustainable made from re-purposed authentic Mayan fabrics with SOLO partnering with the Mayan artisans to help lift them and their families out of poverty, there really isn't any part of the products which aren't thought through! Pretty cool hey!

Guatemalan Sunglasses Case | $10

Shipping is $12 as the sunglasses are made in the US, but I've payed over £5 for shipping in the UK. For such a fantastic product that is good all round its certainly worth it!
