I am, and always have been a girl who doesn't like to have too much flesh on show. I have been brought up with the rule, it's either legs or boobs never both and so I have always had a mixed view on shorts. I hate short shorts, where their is nothing left to the imagination but sometimes it really does feel like there is nothing else available.
A few years ago I cut up a pair of my mums old high waisted jeans so that they were just above the knee and I discovered my new favourite type of shorts.
Years on and after outgrowing my home made pair I have finally found a pair on ASOS! Hip hip horray!
I love this pair that I found. I do wish that they rips were a little smaller (I prefer to make my own rips in jeans) but the colour of these are so perfect for summer. The fit is stunning and although I can find it quite hard getting jeans to fit both my bum and waist these rose to the challenge.
To me they are they perfect jeans to be able to explore, travel and do stuff in without the worry that a bum check could fall out!
